The History of Our Station...
Love 94 debuted on the Miami/South Florida Airwaves at 93.9FM in 1976 as a Mellow Rock station. In the 80's Love 94 aired a Contemporary Jazz program for 4 hours on Sunday mornings, called Sunday Love Jazz.
Listeners loved it; so in the early 90's Love 94 (one of the 1st in the country) became a 24hr Contemporary Jazz station known as 93.9 FM Smooth Jazz Love 94.
Love 94 left the FM Airwaves after 32 years as traditional (am/fm) broadcasting became outdated and replaced by today's world of streaming. Love 94 evolved with the times and began streaming in 2013.
From our beginning as a local South Florida station at 93.9FM to today's Streaming station Love94Radio.com; we here at Love 94 are thankful and grateful to all of our Love 94 listeners past & present.
